AID FOR SMEs AND SELF-EMPLOYED
FINANCING / LIQUIDITY
ETL ILIA Group and Cot Consultoria have reached an agreement with a company specialised in obtaining financing for SMEs and the self-employed. Keep in mind that current financing costs are very favourable for companies. This service includes an analysis of your company and its needs, as well as the processing, management and procurement of financing. Of course, it also includes intermediation with the corresponding bank or financial institution. This includes all types of financing, from ICOs endorsed by the Government, to other alternative forms of financing, such as ENISAs, private equity, discount lines, factoring, financing alternatives… If you think that your company may need liquidity in the coming months, do not hesitate to contact us.
TAX DEFERRAL AND SOCIAL SECURITY
In order to help with liquidity, the Government has decided that taxpayers may defer payment of taxes and Social Security fees. Additionally, a moratorium has been approved for certain taxes and Social Security fees. Remember that these measures are simply postponements, never direct aid. Our team of accountants, advisers and labour workers can process these postponements. You just need to let us know.
UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR SELF-EMPLOYED
All freelancers with suspended activity or with billing decreases of more than 75% will receive a benefit equivalent to 70% of their regulatory base. If you wish, we can process this benefit on your behalf, if we are not already doing so.
AUTONOMOUS HELP (Catalunya) FOR THE SELF-EMPLOYED
In Catalonia, a grant of € 2,000 has been approved for the self-employed affected by cessation or a significant decrease in their activity. To find out more about this grant, contact our customer department.
RENTAL OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES
As you know, the Government has decided not to legislate on this matter, leaving this to negotiation between the parties. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, we recommend that you pay attention to the drafting and formalisation of possible agreements in relation to the current situation. A poor agreement or formalisation can have significant consequences.
