Preliminary advice

Determination of the type of company, allocation of the shares, the social capital, the administrative body, drafting of the articles of incorporation…

Request to the Registry

Company name application to the Mercantile Registry. Obtaining the official negative denomination certificate.

Documents

Drafting of documents: articles of association, distribution of shares, shareholders’ agreements, deed of incorporation, etc.

Signature

Notarial signing preparation, coordination and guidance. We handle the whole operation.

Registration

Registration at the Mercantile Registry. We are authorised by the government to make remote registrations in just 24 hours.

Deeds

Collection of original deeds at the notary’s office and subsequent safekeeping and delivery to the client of all related documentation.

Enrolment

Enrolment with the Treasury and Social Security. Form 036 for enrolment of the company’s activity and enrolment with Social Security of the director, if necessary.
