As you already know, there are various types of companies, and the most common are limited and public limited companies. In the case of a limited company, the constitution can be carried out traditionally, going to all the organizations involved or electronically.

The electronic form offers the advantage of time savings because it is possible to establish a company in 48 hours through an Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE) or by yourself through the portal CIRCE.

What documents are necessary for the telematic creation of a company?

The documentation necessary to establish a company electronically is the following:

  • Original and copy of the DNI of each of the partners.
  • Original and copy of the Social Security Card of the partners who register in one of the Social Security regimes.
  • Original and copy of each employed worker’s DNI and Social Security Card.
  • Contract or employee hiring agreement.
  • Negative certification of the name of the company.
  • In the case of foreigners: NIE.
  • Married partners: DNI or NIE of the spouse.

In addition to the above, you must provide the heading of the Economic Activities Tax, the CNAE code, the address of the company and the activity that it will carry out, the percentages of participation of each partner, the type of administration and marital economic regime, in the case of married partners.

What type of companies can be created telematically?

Through the CIRCE port, which we have mentioned previously, you can create a company electronically in the following ways types:

  • Businessman or individual entrepreneur (self-employed).
  • Limited liability entrepreneur.
  • Limited liability company.
  • Limited company of successive formation.
  • New company limited company.
  • Community of property.
  • Civil society.
