Mercedes Cano is a lawyer and director of ETL ILIA's Legal and Labour Management Department. Extensive experience of more than 20 years in advising on labour matters to commercial entities, advising on restructuring processes and collective termination, both in employment regulation procedures and in bankruptcy procedures; negotiation procedures with the legal representatives of the workers; assistance and defence of clients' interests before the Social Courts, Superior Courts of Justice and Supreme Court in all kinds of procedures, of individual and collective nature, modification and suspension of working conditions, business succession or in labour relations of unique character as senior managers, and advice on civil legal proceedings.

Maria Bielsa

Alberto Martín
