Who is affected?<\/h2>\n

1. Household employees<\/h3>\n

Subsidy in these cases:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Work contract expired.<\/li>\n
  • They have stopped providing services, totally or partially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    * The accreditation of the causal event must be made using a responsible statement signed by the employer.<\/p>\n

    2. Customs<\/h3>\n

    Possibility of postponement of income of the customs debt for customs declarations presented until May 30, 2020.<\/p>\n

    3. Self-employed workers and companies (support measures)<\/h3>\n

    Postponement of Social Security contributions:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • For 6 months<\/li>\n
    • With 0.5% interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Procedure, requirements and conditions are to be determined.<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Possibility of suspension and modification of supply contracts until the end of the Alarm Status (electricity and gas).<\/li>\n
      • Social bonus for self-employed workers who have ceased their activity or have seen their turnover reduced.<\/li>\n
      • Availability of pension plans in case of unemployment or cessation of activity caused by COVID-19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Rental of habitual residence<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Extraordinary extension of the lease contracts of habitual residence (maximum period of six months).<\/li>\n
        • Moratorium on rental debt for tenants of their habitual residence in a situation of vulnerability due to COVID-19<\/li>\n
        • Automatic application of the moratorium on rental debt in the case of large holders and companies or public housing entities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Automatic application alternatives:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Reduction of 50% of the rental rent during the State of Alarm (extendable)<\/li>\n
          • Moratorium on the payment of rent (maximum of 4 months).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Requirements:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Being unemployed<\/li>\n
            • In ERTE<\/li>\n
            • An entrepreneur whose income has decreased<\/li>\n
            • Family income should not triple the IPREM (\u20ac 537.84)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              No moratorium on business premises rentals has been established. <\/strong><\/p>\n

              5. Mortgages<\/h3>\n

              Moratoriums on mortgages for habitual residence and premises related to business activity and landlords who stop receiving income.<\/p>\n

              Requirements:<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Being unemployed<\/li>\n
              2. An entrepreneur whose income has decreased<\/li>\n
              3. Family income should not triple the IPREM (\u20ac 537.84)<\/li>\n
              4. Mortgage instalments + expenses + basic supplies are greater than or equal to 35% of net income.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6. Consumers and users<\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Possibility of adapting electricity contracts to new consumption patterns.<\/li>\n
                • Right to terminate contracts of sale or provision of services within a period of 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Note that the tax filing deadline has not been postponed or modified.
