AID FOR SMEs AND SELF-EMPLOYED<\/p>\n
FINANCING \/ LIQUIDITY<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that current financing costs are very favourable for companies. TAX DEFERRAL AND SOCIAL SECURITY<\/p>\n
In order to help with liquidity, the Government has decided that taxpayers may defer payment of taxes and Social Security fees. Additionally, a moratorium has been approved for certain taxes and Social Security fees. Remember that these measures are simply postponements, never direct aid. UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR SELF-EMPLOYED<\/p>\n
All freelancers with suspended activity or with billing decreases of more than 75% will receive a benefit equivalent to 70% of their regulatory base. If you wish, we can process this benefit on your behalf, if we are not already doing so.<\/p>\n
AUTONOMOUS HELP (Catalunya) FOR THE SELF-EMPLOYED<\/p>\n
In Catalonia, a grant of \u20ac 2,000 has been approved for the self-employed affected by cessation or a significant decrease in their activity. To find out more about this grant, contact our customer department.<\/p>\n
RENTAL OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES<\/p>\n
As you know, the Government has decided not to legislate on this matter, leaving this to negotiation between the parties. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, we recommend that you pay attention to the drafting and formalisation of possible agreements in relation to the current situation. A poor agreement or formalisation can have significant consequences.<\/p>\n
