  • Micro-businesses and self-employed workers<\/strong>: they can hire young people under 30 years of age with a 100% reduction in the quota for common contingencies. The duration is a maximum of 12 months or until the unemployment rate drops below 15%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to the bonuses above for those under 30 years of age, there is a very interesting one for those over 45 years of age.<\/p>\n

    Job hiring over 45<\/h2>\n

      Contract conversion bonus<\/h2>\n

      Without a doubt, one of the best bonus options in contracts for young people who want to go from temporary to permanent<\/strong>. In these cases, the reduction is not 100% but equally enjoyable.<\/p>\n

      The contract of a worker under 30 years of age<\/strong>, registered in the Employment Office, may be transformed when the 3-month minimum duration stipulated by the Ministry of Labor has passed. In this case, the conditions are:<\/p>\n

      • 3 years duration<\/li>\n
      • Until the unemployment rate drops below 15%<\/li>\n
      • Conversion of the first young job contract into a permanent one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The reductions for this case vary depending on the sex of the worker:<\/p>\n

        • Women<\/strong>: up to 700 euros per year<\/li>\n
        • Men<\/strong>: up to 500 euros per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Remember that you must meet all the conditions. Trying to apply reductions or bonuses without being able to could cause serious problems for the company.<\/p>\n
