Who is the help for?<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • To self-employed workers with a temporary suspension<\/strong> of all their activity as a result of a resolution of the competent administrative authorities for the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What are the requirements to access this benefit?<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Be affiliated and registered<\/strong> in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or, where applicable case, in the Special Social Security Regime for Sea Workers, at least 30 calendar days before the date of the resolution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Be up to date with payment of fees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What if I don’t meet the requirements?<\/h3>\n

      Those who do not meet the requirements (for example, because they have a flat rate or have not contributed during the last twelve months) will be able to access new aid for low-income <\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      What will be the amount of the benefit?<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • 50%<\/strong> of the minimum contribution base.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • This amount will increase by 20% if the self-employed worker is a large family member.<\/li>\n
      • 40%<\/strong> if two or more family members live together and if two or more members of the family unit are entitled to this benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Will the self-employed person have to continue paying Social Security contributions during the benefit?<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • No, which will count as the quoted period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          <\/h2>\n

          When will the self-employed person be free to pay these fees?<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • The exemption from fees will be extended until the last day of the month following the one in which said measure is lifted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            What else does this agreement include?<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Includes the extension of the ordinary severance benefit compatible with the activity until January 31<\/strong>, provided that:\n
                \n
              • During the fourth quarter of 2020<\/strong>, the requirements for its granting continue to be met, including:\n
                  \n
                • Credit a reduction in billing<\/strong> during the fourth quarter of 2020<\/strong> of at least 75%<\/strong> in relation to the same period of 2019<\/li>\n
                • Do not exceed<\/strong> net returns of 5,818.50 euros<\/strong> (1.75 times the SMI) in the October-December period this year.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Those who do not meet these requirements (due to having a flat rate or not having contributed the minimum necessary period of 12 months):\n

                  • \n

                    They may apply for low income aid<\/strong> if their income in the last quarter<\/strong> of 2020 does not exceed the interprofessional minimum wage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    The amount of the benefit will be 50% of the minimum contribution base<\/strong>, and you will also be exempt from paying the contributions and will be counted as contributions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Includes the extension of aid for seasonal self-employed workers<\/strong> with a relaxation of temporary requirements.<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • \n

                      This benefit will be conditional on having contributed<\/strong> a minimum of four months<\/strong> between the months of June and December 2018 and 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Do not exceed 23,275 euros<\/strong> of income during 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Not having developed activity,<\/strong> not having been discharged or assimilated to discharge from March 1 to May 31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      The amount of this benefit will be equivalent to 70% of the minimum contribution base<\/strong> and includes exemption of contributions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
