The first house that accepts payment in bitcoins is put up for sale. Real estate transactions with cryptocurrencies have been carried out for a few years, but until now the process had not been completely online.
In 2018, the real estate agency Mister Piso made the first sale in Spain of a property with bitcoins. But it was the same process as a traditional real estate agency.
The difference in this transaction is that Inviertis (fintech) and Kasaz (proptech) have come together to offer two investment products under a single online operation.
